Contact persons in your environment
With this subscription, up to 5 contacts are called one after the other.
- Alert for up to 5 people close to you
- The first one, after confirmation, by pressing ‘1’, is connected, the others are informed
- If the second call attempt is not answered - an SMS is sent to all contact persons
Based on our many years of experience with alarms and emergencies, we recommend the ‘24/7 Central’ service because:
- Most triggered emergency calls are false alarms.
- Most real emergency calls happen in the middle of the night (falling/tripping in the dark at home) when relatives and contact persons have their mobile phone on mute;
- according to Murphy, accidents happen when you don't have time (in a meeting, on holiday, on a business trip, at a party, etc.) and
- in the event of an emergency, relatives and contact persons are typically caught off guard, are surprised, nervous and at first don't know what's going on.
That is why the 24/7 control centre is always the best option for you. The specially trained CERTAS employees:
- are used to dealing with false alarms, deal with them quickly and efficiently;
- are available and ready at all times, even in the middle of the night, and
- react calmly, knowing from their daily work exactly what to do in which situation and who the best point of contact is for the best possible assistance
