How can you trigger an alarm via the emergency call device?
Simply press the round button on the top of the device.
Can I call a family member or a friend?
No. Only the number of the alarm centre or the Certas backend, where the contact persons' numbers are stored in the case of the family subscription, is stored in the device.
What accessories are available for Eliza S?
Together with the Eliza S, we offer a selection of emergency buttons:
- enzo – the sleek button.
- vibby oak – the fall detector
- ellis – the amulet
- montresa. secure – the button disguised as a Swiss-made watch
All buttons are waterproof and should always be worn.
They only work in conjunction with the emergency call device and have a range of up to 150 metres.
You cannot use the emergency buttons to make voice calls. It is used only to trigger an alarm (manually or automatically in the event of a fall).

What else do I need to know?
The James B8 works completely independently. It contains a SIM card, loudspeaker & microphone, GPS tracking, fall sensor, pedometer and various other health functions. The watch is splash-proof and should be worn at all times if possible.
The emergency watch will be available from July 2025.

What else do I need to know?
The Galaxy G6 works completely independently. It contains a SIM card, speaker & microphone, GPS tracking, pedometer and various other health functions. The watch is waterproof and should be worn at all times if possible.
It is available in two versions: 40 mm diameter with up to 20 hours of battery life and 44 mm diameter with up to 40 hours of battery life.
The delivery includes a black and a white wristband.
The Galaxy G6 will be available from July 2025.

The sleek button – enzo
How do you wear the button?
Enzo can be worn either on the wrist or around the neck using the tool set provided. The tool set also allows the button to be used as an Easy-Press, i.e. for users with less finger strength. We recommend that you always wear the button, day and night.
How can you trigger an alarm?
Pressing the button for at least 1 second is enough to trigger an alarm. The emergency device confirms receipt of the alarm with the message ‘Emergency call triggered’.

The fall detector – vibby oak
How should the fall detector be worn?
We recommend wearing vibby oak on your wrist and not as a pendant. The fall detector works better on the wristband. Please wear the fall detector during the day and also at night when sleeping.
How does the button trigger in the event of a fall?
When a fall is detected, vibby oak vibrates for 20 seconds, the pre-alarm, before the alarm is triggered. During this time, the alarm can be stopped by pressing the button. The emergency device confirms receipt of the alarm with the message ‘Emergency call triggered’.
How can you trigger an alarm manually?
A press of the button is enough to trigger an alarm. In the event of a fall with subsequent complete immobility, an alarm is triggered automatically. The emergency device confirms receipt of the alarm with the message ‘Emergency call triggered’.

The piece of jewelllery – ellis
How do you wear the amulet?
You wear the Ellis around your neck as you would any other necklace. The special necklace with magnetic safety clasp prevents strangulation in case you get caught on something. Please wear the amulet during the day as well as at night while sleeping.

Pressing the button on the inside for at least 1 second is enough to trigger an alarm. The emergency call device confirms the alarm received with ‘Emergency call triggered’.

The Swiss Made watch – montresa. secure
How do you wear the watch?
montresa. secure is an analogue watch with built-in radio technology to trigger alarms on the emergency device. It comes with an easy-care NATO fabric strap. A leather or rubber strap is optionally available.
How can you trigger an alarm?
Pressing the crown for at least 1 second is enough to trigger an alarm. The emergency device confirms the alarm received with the message ‘Emergency call triggered’ and starts the alarm.
Can I talk with the watch?
No, the watch is only used to trigger an alarm.

General questions
An employee at our alarm centre will contact you via voice connection through the emergency call device and inquire about the situation and whether help is needed. If you do not answer, are not near the emergency call device or we cannot hear you, our employee will contact the emergency contacts provided and call the first available person for your safety.
Calls via the emergency call device and the costs of data exchange with the Certas server are included in the price of the device. There are no additional costs.
